Items from Mall stores can be returned within 7 days if they are unused, with the box, tags and invoice.

Other sellers: 3 days

• Damaged, wrong or not as described: return within 3 days for a replacement or refund.
• Electronics with a brand warranty are repaired through the brand’s service centre.
• Opened beauty products and groceries cannot be returned for change of mind.

How to start

• Call or message us with your order number, or use Track Order to find it.
• Tell us what is wrong and, if possible, send a photo.
• We arrange the pickup or replacement — usually within 2–3 days.

Refunds

Refunds go back to the way you paid — bKash, Nagad or card — within 3–7 working days after we receive the item. For cash on delivery we refund by bKash or Nagad. Need help? Write to hello@ganj.example.
